Detection of Mold and Mildew Infestation Using a Mold Detecting Dog

A mold sniffing dog has an important advantage when compared to more common methods of mold detection (for instance, the testing of air in a room suspected to be infested with mold), due to its ability to point out the exact spot where the mold infestation has taken root. In addition, the inspection does not require holes to be drilled, samples to be taken, or any other destruction to take place, and is extremely effective, due to the precision with which one can inspect a room.
