Foundation soil is considered unsuitable, when it deforms and cannot support the necessary load. The load must then either be transferred to a deeper lying supportive layer, or the load capacity of the foundation soil must be improved. The injection agent from VARIOSEAL bonds the soil particles together, reducing their ability to reposition and thereby hardening the foundation and improving its load capacity.

When sealing tunnel constructions and in cases of existing tunnel systems, VARIOSEAL systems can be successfully applied even if complicated cases, and normally at a fraction of the proposed cost of the conventional procedures (soil glaciation, buildup of counter-pressure).
