A defective or missing sealant against rising moisture causes long term damage to a buildings structural integrity.

The damage can even lead to the room being unusable. The VARIOSEAL Restorative System comprises boreholes set in a grid made up of two rows off-set from one another. The drillings are all made at least halfway into the wall or joint.

The necessary injections are then carried out using a low pressure procedure from bottom to top and from hole to hole so that a single sealing membrane is formed.

The agents used by VARIOSEAL are all specifically matched to the qualities of the building materials used in the property to be renovated. This allows VARIOSEAL Partners to have up to 15 different sealing agents at their disposal, of which some will fit perfectly with your property's individual renovative concept.
