VARIOtec in cases of single or multiple penetrations

The concrete structure of most buildings is almost always interfused with plumbing and steel reinforcements running both horizontally and vertically. This can often lead to the formation of water permeable seams which need to be sealed.

In this case, the first step in VARIOSEAL Sealant system calls for the injection of a VARIOtec sealing sleeve. The sleeve is comprised of special open celled foam which can be produced on-site, and therefore provides for the optimal requirements when performing restorative work.

In the second step, the sealing sleeve is inserted through previously installed filling tubes using pressure specifically matched to the corresponding building part, so that the water permeable seams are permanently sealed.

Only the correct recipe of injection agents, specifically matched to the type of building and its use, can guarantee success.
