Swell gaskets for the construction industry

VARIOSEAL swell gaskets seal construction and concrete joints permanently and effectively against water permeation. The product is an elastomer, which exhibits elasticity similar to that of rubber. Permeating water is absorbed by the gasket, whose portions swell proportionally to the amount of water absorbed, forming a seal in the process. The swelling process is purposely limited, due to the significant forces that arise under pressure, which must remain controllable.

Due to the swelling process and the resulting pressure, this VARIOSEAL product can even be applied to joint sections where subsequent changes have occurred. The swell gaskets from VARIOSEAL are adaptable in every sense of the word, and since they don't contain volatile substances they don't become brittle so as to maintain the typical qualities found in flexible elastomers even after years.
